Admission fee to onsen, towels for onsen not included.

Bottled water is not provided. You must bring at least 2 litres of water per person for your own consumption.

Participants should have a moderate level of fitness. 

Correct footwear and clothing for hiking are essential.

No wearing of strong perfumes or deodorants.

Appropriate footwear and clothing for hiking over various slope grades, rocky terrain, and trails that cross streams.

A day pack/backpack for carrying personal items and water bottle.
